Terms & disclaimer
What Vyzko is. An information service. It is not a survey, a valuation, or legal, financial or planning advice.
How to use it. We compile facts from public sources and cite each one with the date we fetched it. We don't guarantee third-party data is complete or error-free. Verify anything that affects your decision with your solicitor and surveyor - the report tells you the questions to ask.
No verdicts on people. Vyzko reports sourced facts about a property, never a judgement about any person, company or council.
Liability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law - including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which require digital content to be supplied with reasonable care and skill, as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with a report is limited to the price you paid for it. The report is an information service: decisions about a property, and anything that affects them, should be verified with your solicitor and surveyor, as the report itself says throughout.
Payments. Payments for Vyzko reports are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle), who act as the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle handles payment processing and any applicable taxes, and issues your payment receipt. Support and refund requests are handled by Vyzko under our Refunds policy via info@vyzko.com; any refund granted is processed back through Paddle to your original payment method.
