Why we exist

A home is the biggest purchase most people ever make, yet the deep checks usually arrive late, after you have made an offer and the legal fees have started. Vyzko lets a buyer see the public record early and decide for themselves, before the money and the weeks go in.

What we do

We use the address you give us to identify the correct postcode and surrounding area, then bring together the facts for it: 26 checks drawn from 15 named public sources, each one sourced and dated. We deal in facts, never verdicts. We never hand you a score or a verdict, and we never tell you whether to buy. The decision is yours, and so is every source.

What we are not

Vyzko is an information service. It is not a survey, a valuation, or legal advice. Always check anything important with your conveyancer.
